Training Philosophy

As a personal trainer it is my job to be a coach, role model and educator who will customize a program to fit your needs and schedule. Most importantly I will motivate you! I will assess your current level of fitness, consider your goals and devise an individually tailored regime to help you achieve those goals quickly and safely.
Training isn’t just about getting to the gym. It is about being active, eating healthy and getting enough recovery by proper sleep habits.
In our eating habits, we want to achieve balance through appropriate meal patterning and frequency of feeding. It is important that each meal consists of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats in proper balance.
Ample rest and recuperation are vital to achieve success with your training. Sleep is, of course, a must as is the appropriate frequency of training to provide sufficient recuperation between workouts.
